The holidays are behind us. How are you feeling? Most people gain some weight during the holidays. This usually goes away quite easily in January, when 'normal life' starts. This is often more difficult for smaller women. Not only do they gain weight faster and more, it is also more difficult to lose them. Do you want to switch things up and work towards your ideal weight successfully and in a healthy way? I can help you with that.

 

As a small woman, I know all about it myself. Diets tailored to the average person simply do not work or work less well for us. To help the group of smaller women lose weight successfully, I have created the online program 'Slim with success!' developed. In this blog I would like to tell you more about my method and how I can help you very soon to finally achieve the result you dream of. Namely a healthy, slim and fit body.

 

The right balance

Enjoying the fine things in life and a slim body. Does that go together? Of course! It's all about balance and finding the lifestyle that suits you. We look at your eating style and the weight you want to achieve and provide you with a new lifestyle that suits you. One that you can keep going. Do you like to order food every now and then or do you pick up something? Together we look at what is needed to ensure that you do not have to give up everything, but can still lose weight successfully.

 

Personal plan

A waste plan never works for everyone, but it has to work for YOU. That's why I always start with a personal intake (physical or online) of 90 minutes. Together we will determine which diet style suits you best. For example, is that a diet with regular food, intermittent fasting, a meal replacement or a combination of these styles? Based on this information, I draw up a personal nutrition plan that is completely tailored to you as a woman, your age and your height. This gives you guidance and clarity and these are very important conditions for starting and staying motivated!

I'll teach you how to get your motivation machine running automatically for you with my unique WLP method. WLP stands for 'why let go planning' and is the way to successfully lose weight.
