And you will learn how you can easily adjust your eating style to lose weight with 4 easy motivational assignments. Calories in and out In week 2 we look at your energy balance. This is the energy you take in through calories in food and drinks, and the energy you use when you are physically active. Keep track of everything you eat and drink for at least 3 days, 2 days during the week and 1 day at the weekend. Do this in the food meter on your phone.
